AGM NOTICE
Our Annual General Meeting will take place on TUESDAY 17TH NOVEMBER 2026 at 7.30pm
Members are invited to attend – the AGM is a Members only meeting.
Nominations & Motions
Our Safeguarding Officer is prepared to continue in their role. All other roles presently held by the interim committee members are vacant.
Members wishing to
- Nominate themselves or another eligible member for election to an Officer or Committee position; or
- Submit a motion or proposal for consideration at the AGM
should submit the relevant nomination or proposal in writing to the Club Secretary at our email address info@stannescricketclub.org, in accordance with the requirements and timescales set out in the Club’s Rules.
Any proposed amendment to the Club’s Rules must also be submitted in accordance with the requirements and timescales set out in the Club’s Rules.
Please state the role which you are standing for, together with the name of the person who is nominating and seconding you.
All nominations must be received by 17th October 2026.
