About Chef Ian Jones
Initially developing his catering skills locally in St Annes, Ian gained his exceptional culinary skills working in London, Portugal, St. Helier and eventually in Thailand where he ran his own restaurant.
It was in Thailand that his food quickly gained him a reputation as one of the best Steak Houses in the area, tempting diners with European, British and Thai cuisine!
